Is it possible to add a 1GB stick of DDR2 Corsair RAM to the standard generic 512DDR2 RAM which comes standard in the ASUS W3V?

You should be able to, considering that both are the type of RAM you find in notebooks and not desktops.

first u need to find the speed of the ram like PC2-4200 then just get the accordin stuff make sure it's DDR SDRAM SO-DIMMs
