Question:
Graphics fix for IE onWUXGA?
Hello,
I'm now using my brand new 9300. I wanted to know if there is any fix for the graphics problem with IE using the 1920x1200 resolution. Some of the pictures come out very pixelated and/or blurry. Is there any way to correct this???

Once you do the registry hack, and change the resolution value, IE is just like FF. Unfortunately, Dell puts the wrong value in with the wuxga screen....

Re: Graphics fix for IE onWUXGA?
It's pretty easy. Open regedit and expand to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Software
Microsoft
Internet Explorer
Main
In the Main folder (not FeatureControl) find the UseHR key and modify the 1 to a 0. Then close regedit and IE, if you have it open. Open IE and you should be set.

You can also set your DPI back to 96. Dell defaults it at 120.
Go to Display Properties > Settings > Advanced and it should be right infront of you. This does not require any registry editing. However, items on screen will get a bit smaller.
