Is this for real? I've never seen such a model sold here in British Columbia, Canada. The best A6V I saw came with a GeForce Go 6200. :confused:

That should be the A6Va if it really has a X700. There's been threads about it before, it was out in Europe/Asia first.

i only know that A6Vc has a Geforce Go 6200 with 256MB in Canada, but the cpu is 1.6Ghz, 512MB DDR2, 15.4 WXGA, 60GB HD and 8x DVD burner.

We got the A6Va in Europe and it can be had in 64MB or 128MB configurations (X700).
Our model is all black though.

Hmm...wow, I'd say that's a pretty decent configuration.
Keep in mind the A6 series is more of a budget/value series... but it's still a good machine.

The A6 is more like... the same class as the Z71v; gaming on a budget.
The Z70Va is more of a business/high end model...

just bought mine today at "the source".
first impressions, kind of heavy/bulky and the harddrive is noisy as hell.
but this thing flies, are you're lucky if you find a more powerful laptop at that price.
