Question:
Dell screen vs Truebrite??
Since the 6000 doesnt have the screen such as other makers like the truebright I would like to know the opinions of the group how you all think the compare or match up.
I would have to drive a hour to see the Dell at the mall.
I have read what pepole say in here but just looking for the pros and cons for both.

Sceens are completely personal preference, there's not one type that's better than another. As to the panel Dell uses in the i6000 though, I think it's about average or a little better.

I have no experience with Trubrite screens or other glossy screens but to sum up the Dell 6000 screen (which I have).
In my opinion it is a nice reliable screen (mine seems to have no light leakage, no dead pixels and no sparkles) but it doesn't really have a wow factor.
Screens are down to personal preference remember, so maybe an hours drive for a purchase that may cost you into the $1000s is worth it?

i had a 6000d before, screen isnt that great, corners are dim, light leakage on the bottom. Sad thing is these things are 'average'. a great screen is one with no light leakage , an even screen/ ok brightness, hard to find these.
