ok thanks for the help ^^ =)
Btw: Is there a really big diff between the 2 Screen options? The truelife and non truelife?

Re: Hi ^^ Laptop for graphics? =)
Truelife = glossy (which most manufacturers offer glossy screens but have different names for it), very shiny, reflective.
Non-truelife = matte -- very dull. Personally, i hate it.
The I9400 and E1705 are the same machine, just offered in different parts of Dell. You might want to state what country you are in, so we can suggest laptops that are offered there.

Who doesn't like shiny things :)
Some people find glossy screens very eye straining, but its a personal preference. I'd recommend you stare at one for a while at a local store. Just don't do anything that people will find you weird :p

Edit: e diff of e 2 screen - XGA+ = 1440x900
- Truelife = 1920x1200
Are those num the screen size?
Sigh Sorry for all these 2pid questions but really No0b>.<

Re: Hi ^^ Laptop for graphics? =)
The difference between a 2.0GHz and a 2.13GHz CPU is extremely minute - you'd be better spending your money upgrading the amount of RAM in your notebook or your notebook's HD. In reguards to the screen: Screen resolution is personal preference. I personally like SXGA and UXGA screens (I personally have a UXGA screen) for their amount of screen real estate they offer. I suggest you check out different screen resolutions at your local electronics retailor and decide for yourself.

Look are you and your animaic expressions. ^^;
I haven't been to a mall in a while, Can't be sure if the E1705 has made it yet or not. But you can always check out a Dell Kiosk to see an actual Dell LCD. In my experience I have better luck finding both high resolution and low resolution screens to compare at Dell Kiosks. Bestbuy, Curcuit City are also a great place to look in person. But again mostly lower resolution screens.
If the E1705 is your final anwser, then thats it and its cool to move onto components. But if you would like more models suggested to you. Fill out the "What should I buy?" FAQ stickied at the top of the forum of the same name. Its really alot of fun to fill out. =)
