Application CD for UK
Do Dell send an Application CD (to install Power DVD and Sonic Burning after a reformat) with each Dell Insipron laptop ordered or do you have to ask for one afterwards?
Also, is it better/easier to use Chat or e-mail to contact them? If e-mail, then which department should I email, Customer Care or Technical Support?

nah...email tech support....they get less email volume....
either will do...but I think tech is faster. Chat beats email if you can catch them during business hours.
