ASUS: How do you pronounce it?
When I first started hearing about this brand for PC components I was referred to it as "Ace-oos" and I still hear people say that. But then I also hear people say "ace-us".
So... Which one is it? "Ace-oos" or "Ace-us"?

Ahhhhh - like the sound the dentist wants you to make, except shorter... and Seus.. as in Dr.... That's how all the Taiwanese as Asus pronounce it.... but that also doesn't make it correct.

Its A-Seus really - just the letter A followed by Seus like the Doctor, as you said. Trust me, I know some ppl at ATI who do conference calls with the company every week and they correct me every single time I say it wrong :p. ASUS sounds much cooler, at least to me, but the way the people at the company and those who talk to them over the phone pronounce it is as A-Seus.

hmmm since I am Taiwanese and hear this a whole lot since they are from my country, it is pronounced "eh sos"
In Manderin, it is "hua suo" which is close to Asus.
