e1705 dvd burner question
when i am burning any type of dvd it starts off normal, but when it hits 35%-40% it pauses for around 4 mins then continues where it left off, is it because of my drive or my burning software? im using nero express

I dont think it is, i have a different dvd burner and it doesnt have that problem, its happened on 3 different types of dvd's

i don't see how it could be anything other than the media therefore i am stumped.
i had the same problem you're having with budget dvds, once i started buying only "made in japan" discs, it never happened again.

Upgrade your Nero if your key allows. You might want to try some different software. CDBurnerXP is free. It will allow you to burn a data DVD.

Problem fixed.... it was my Nero, I tryed burning it using alcohol 120% and it worked fine.
