The z96f meets those requirements. It does not have bt module but we do integrate bt after market. f3f has not bt. why do you need such a large screen on a laptop that you dont plan to game on?

it's just need bluetooth no such with bluetooth

You have a few problems
1. Most if not all vendros in the states will not take overseas credit or paypal. So you are limited to paying via bank wire
2. there is no international warranty on barebones. They only have domestic warranty
3. I rather not ship to kuwait but if you understand the terms above you can contact me directly. If you do not agree to the terms above i can not help you.

shiping to kuwait not that big problem because i have p.o.box aramex that can delever my shipment to kuwait
know i don't now what's barebones mean but i thik i'll keep out of it beacuse there is no international warranty
