Inspiron E1405
Hey All,
I just place this order a few minutes ago and was wondering if anyone has seen any better deals? It's pretty loaded for a E1405 which drove the price up but wanted to make sure I should not take a look at something else first. Did I miss any better coupons? I'm looking for something fairly small and light. 12-14" screen, ideally core 2 duo unless I find a steal on something else.

I have the exact system except mine has 2 gig 667 ram and 3 83 WHr batteries
((between 7 and hrs running time verses 2 to 4) love the notebook ive had it about 4 weeks did a total format and reinstall 1st week just had to get rid of bloatware dell is sending me the new media direct 3.1 its supposed to be delivered tomorrow we"ll see hope you enjoy it i have no regrets
ps i replaced a hp dv6301 pos with a dell BIG step foreward

Nice setup.
Somewhere down the road I'd grab the extended battery- on mine I can get 10-12 hours of light use or 3 1/2 DVDs on a full charge using it. I can't tell you how nice it is to use a laptop all day on and off without needing to plug in.
