because that files take aboute 27gb i don't know how that because c: is only 20gb
i try unlocker then i try restore mode but i can't solve the problem
the error like this
cannot delete file : cannot read from the source file or disk
theres an image for the folder

I've had this issue before. If I started by deleting all the files in the last subfolder, then deleting that folder, then deleting all the files in the parent file and so on up to the main one, I can usually get rid of anything.
Or you could try System Security Suite. A freeware app that cleans up stuff (like cache, browser history, cookies, temp files, etc.) but also lets you specify folders. It's very handy and does a good job. I've used it for a couple of years on Windows and it works very well. You can get it here:

i delete the files but i can't delete the folder
the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable
there's another problem
in C: free space=1gb used space=19gb
but the files in C: is only 10gb because when i press ctrl+A and right click then properties it's show thaT all files are only 10gb

Sounds like your drive is messed up, I'd schedule the Disk Checker to run.
Right click on the drive letter, (from any explorer window) click the properties button, then the Tools Tab, and then Error Checking. From the characters of the file names, it looks to me like your hard drive has had an error somewhere.

Just remember, because the drive got messed up, it MAY have deleted other things too!
My advice now, backup all your stuff and do a re-install.

Perhaps you have 10gb of stuff in the recycle bin?
Try running the disk cleanup wizard and see what that says.

Yes you need to run the disk cleanup wizard. You also might want to consider moving your docs, music, pics, vids to a flash drive to clear up space.
You should also check your settings for how much disk space is reserved for the recycle bin's use and for system restore's use. A lot of times these are set high (as in several GBs).
