Asus z96Js SPDIF problem
I can't to enable digital audio SPDIF channel. I don?t see any SPDF hardware in system and in Realtek sound manager. I can see only microphone and headphone. Analog audio is working properly.

How could I to solve this problem? In User manual is written that this model has combo headphone/SPDIF jack.

Right, most laptop have headphone/spdif, what exactly are you looking into doing? Do you want to hook it up to your TV, receiver, computer speakers?
In anycase you will need a cable with 3.5mm male end to go into the SPIF jack, then on the other end it will "Y" split into a Yellow and Red Composite male end. Then you can plug it into whatever you want.
To use your computer speakers that may be 4.1 or 5.1 speakers, you need a Audio Spliter or use a a special cable that take a 3.5mm and splits into multiple 3.5mm females. Then you just take your computer speakers and plug in to the two to three 3.5mm male ends into the females ends coming out of your SPDIF jack.
You can purchase these cables and adapters from any big box store like, FutureShop, Fry's, Best Buys, pretty much any home theatre store, or home electronic stores. If you have any questions just ask here or if your at the store and have to ask a clerk, explain to them what you exactly want to do, and they should be able to help out.

OK I have 3.5mm jack to RCA, but problem is that I can't see any SPDIF control in Windows Master Volume control panel and also in Realtek HD audio manager.
So I can’t enable SPDIF output in my software.

I want to connect notebook to digital amplifier via coaxial SPDIF.

RCA implies only stereo audio.
S/PDIF is actually a dual-connection for audio ports, utilizing both electric 3.5mm mini-jack AND optical (if S/PDIF is enabled, you can sometimes see a red light coming out of the port). What you need is a mini-TOSLINK to TOSLINK cable: http://www.ramelectronics.net/html/a...bles.html#mini at around $15-$20.
You don't even need S/PDIF to use a mini-to-RCA adapter - heck you can use the headphones port for that option and it'll work fine.

You want coaxial connection, but laptop has only optical (TOSLINK). But there is high probability that digital amplifier has it too

If I remember corectly on W3J it was enabled by default, if you put toslink in you should see red light from the other end, that means it works. If not I think it is advanced section of volume control.
