Dhl?
I ordered a camera from dell and it was just shipped. However, it says the shipper is "DHL." Who are these guys? I hope their decent because I have never heard of them. Maybe Dell has gotten so fed up with UPS loosing packages that they are now using DHL?

DHL is another shipping company. I think they've been winning some shipping deals with lower rates than UPS and FedEX, because my business has seen an increase in shipments coming through them in the last year or two (when it used to be primarily UPS or USPS). Don't worry about them. They're just as good ;).

DHL is a pretty good company. My first two Dell laptops were shipped by DHL and both times arrived earlier than the estimated delivery.

I hope my order does arrive early as well. So far the delivery date is the maximum numbers of days (five).
Its interesting that I have not heard of them, I order something at least once a month.

They are good but their online tracking isn't that clear and good as UPS. It seems they do a lot more of big shipping more large companies than normal consumers.

DHL bought out Airborne Express a few years back if you remember them.
I dunno I feel that they are like FOX when it comes to networks, tries to lump itself in the group with CBS, ABC, and NBC but they will always be a second tier network in my eyes, just like DHL is to UPS, USPS, and FedEx

My company uses DHL exclusively. I get packages just about everyday from regular ground to next day 10:30am. Never had an issue with them. I'll use DHL, FedEx and USPS but will never use UPS again for anything.

My experience with DHL has been less than satisfactory - 3x I ordered items with Dell and the items were shipped through DHL: 2 24" Dell monitor and an E1705 laptop. All 3 times I waited and DHL delivery never showed up and the delivery person/s would lie to their manager when I would see them later in the day, smoking or eating or talking in their van having "attempted to deliver" the goods. Therefore, my experiences with them have been less than reliable.
