good news for Alienwaste fans. Dell has assured the owners of Alienwaste, they will maintain the LOW standards for customer care as they have a lot of experience in that dept. and will not change the cheap ass plastic design since they love the plastic themselves!! Basically, Alienwaste customers wont even notice the takeover. :p :D
