How do I use my XPS Specialized Support?
I have an XPS M170, but I don't see anything about special support. I thought I was going to get a special XPS support number. Does anyone know how to use this or where to find the information?

* Call 1-800-624-9896
* Press 3 for Technical Support
* Say "No" to the service request status question
* Say "Yes" to the Dell logo question
* Enter your Express Service Code using the phone buttons. Don't speak the numbers
* Say "Yes" confirming the express service code was correct
* Say "None of those"
* Say "Yes"
No idea if that will work.... just a suggestion I found. Make sure to enter your express code (should be all numbers) and not service tag

The specialized support is connected with your Express Service code. There is no seperate number. When you enter that code, it'll route you to an XPS tech, usually in under a minute. They are pretty responsive.
SG's directions are pretty exact.
