does anyone use a fan monitoring app for their e1505? i'm trying to verify if the fan is running, cuz i can't hear it.

Don't worry about it; if the cpu's temp is high enough the fan will kick on. Theres a chance that you won't hear it or its not on at all if the temps aren't high enough.

Do you use speedfan? Only reason I ask is because I just installed it, set it for "Dell", and there are a couple of ambiguous temp sensors, namely "Temp1" and "Temp4", both of which seem to change, so I believe they are real sensors.
Any idea what Temp1 and Temp4 are? Are CPU, GPU, and DIMM temps known to be accurate?
Lastly, is there a better temp/fan program for the E1505?
