Question:
Fan Control on e1705/9400
I know i9kfangui is a wonderful program, I am using it as we speak on a Dell Latitude 810....
However, http://www.mckenziedev.com/index.php...id=24&Itemid=1 states that it should not be used with Core Duo.
So what program is just as useful as i9kfangui? It needs to be able to monitor and change fans for both CPU and GPU

I don't know if Notebook Hardware Control will work, but it is worth a try.

It works for Intel as well as AMD, so I don't see why it wouldn't work.

You may wish to fix your link, you snagged the word "states" in at the end... This is convenient, I was just looking into fan controls for my e1705. I was going to load SpeedFan last night, but I forgot. So wait for v2.4 of i9kfangui... sounds like a plan. I just want all my fans running at the fastest speed possible when I push the 7800.

I have read posts on notebookforums that people with e1705 Core Duo are using i9kfangui version 2.2
