I've been trying to run some games, but they get pretty low, like fifa 2004 and pro evolution soccer 3. Is it normal????

did u try defragging the hardrive, and patching the game, download the newest Directx version. Doing a virus scan, looking for spyware?

Is it anything related to the screen resolution???
P.S, I tryed to decrease the game resolution to the lowest condition, and in the slowest and highest, the game look the same!!!!
