How do you get the hinge cover off? (E1705)

Question:
How do you get the hinge cover off? (E1705)
I am going by this... http://support.dell.com/support/edoc....htm#wp1123881
But when I try to pry it out like that, the plastic just bends in the middle.... to the point where it looks like its going to break... but it doesnt come out.
Does anyone have more clear directions? Im fairly sure the plastic will break if you pry it out like the guide suggests.

It may seem like it will break, but it wont. It is actually pretty strong
I would wiggle it, and slowly lift it, it is hard to describe, but if you can lift it up on the right said, and then get a hold of both sides in the middle, wiggle and lift that part...and do that until you get to the right of it, and then it will pop up.
Dont yank it though, because it is still connected to the system
Be patient, and just be gentle...dont break it

I felt the same way when I replaced the LCD on my laptop.
Start on the right hand side. I recommend a plastic tool (to avoid scratches). It may seem like it isn't budging, but if you give it a little yank it'll "pop" ... you'll feel this popping up in 2 or 3 different places as it is removed. After you've done it a few times it's a piece of cake.
Removing the keyboard was tricky the first time too until you get the hang of it. Then it's cake.
