yesterday, 630m dissappeared from dell's small business site. Do you think it will not be available anymore? Is this a signal for 640?

Yes dell has been selling both the 630m and XPS M140 very cheaply. It will be replaced be the E1405 via Dell Home and the 640m via Dell Business. It will have a Core Duo CPU. But if you still like the 630m why not buy the XPS M140 (The same thing) from dell home.
