Question:
Dell Angel USB TV doesn't work !
I got the Dell Angel USB TV with my E1705. Initially it worked fine. However, I've loaded a lot of programs lately, and when I last tried to use it it doesn't work for live TV. It keeps on saying that the video decoder is in use by another application, and it does this even when there are no applications running.
How do I get it to work again? Anyone have this similar problem and solved it?
I want to browse TV and internet at the same time.
It doesn't work from a fresh boot either.

I haven't seen that error. I'm searching around on dell to see if any solutions have been provided. What decoder are you using? Also, how many processess do you have running? I wonder if the decoder or something that might be using it is running in the background.
