Question:
Is NHC more accurate than Task Manager?
Hey guys, I have been noticing that NHC is saying my cpu load is much higher than I think it should be, and it is always 4%-12% higher than what Windows Task Manager says. Is this normal?
And how do I tell if both of my cores are activated? I followed the on how to turn on the second core, but I don't know if it is for sure or not, any way to tell?

Not sure about the NHC versus Task Manager thing.. maybe they calculate the dual-core-ness differently?
If both cores are working, there should be 2 cpu graphs in the task manager, like so:
