Question:
Hotkey conflicts between iTunes and ThinkPad screen orientation
Don't know if anyone has encountered conflicts between applications like iTunes and the hotkeys that control screen orientation on laptops like ThinkPads.
For example, the hotkeys that control "Mute" in iTunes turn the screen upside down since they are the same combination (Ctrl-Alt-down arrow). Fast forward or back also flips the screen--the equivalent of Ctrl-Alt-left and right arrows.
In Windows Media Player, pressing the shortcuts for fast-rewind calls up the ThinkPad's built-in password manager.
Has anyone else encountered this or found a fix?
