1 router but 4 profiles??

Question:
1 router but 4 profiles??
I only have one router at my house but I have four profiles when I look at the wireless networks available. They are all secure. But why is that? Can I just have it so there is one?

I assume you are seeing other wireless networks you have connected to or other in the area.
If it is AP in range for you to see. You can change the advanced settings to only connect to preffered networks. Recommended. This way you know what you are connecting to. Connecting to unknown networks are bad for security.
Now if you are refering to your wireless network list, you can chance the settings so they will not auto connect, manual. You can also delete them. But if you have the security key to connect it will be lost.

I think what I did was made 4 different profiles. They are named 4 different things:Home, Home1, Stephanie, and . I just don't know what to do.

There are hardware profiles for the OS that may have nothing to do with networking. Hardware profiles are used to only load minimum drivers needed for one task. Pro media editors do this sometimes to free up resources to leave more for their applications.
The wireless networks should be listed by SSID.
