Yes, please do.
Basically, you download the benchmark and run it. The only catch is you have to be able to run the software. The standard criteria for determining some kind of numerical score to say how good you hardware is is built into the software. I don't know how they come up with the numbers.

Also remember to close your background applications before running any benchmarks.
Because background applications consumes CPU and IO resources which otherwise would be used by the benchmark itself; this will cause it to run slower and give out a low score.

Yes, someone on the forum actually suggested booting windows in safe mode and then benchmarking! :)
