Battlefield 2
I have downloaded the 1.4 patch and when i try to open it it takes forever to load up and once it does it takes ageees to actually complete installation and i dont actually think it worked so how can i check my battlefield 2 version?
can anyone help me out because its well anoying

And BF2 patching does take a very long time for future reference.

the patches do not really add anything, only bug fixs usually. the biggest thing i have noticed was fromthe 1.2 patch and second tier unlocks. AT shottie FTW

how long is a normal loading time when joining a server?

The first time it takes a very long time, the rest, about 1 minute on my laptop

when i try to join a server it kicks me and gives the reason Inadequate O/S privilages how do i change this?

Right click on the icon, hit properties and set to run as administrator and in Windows XP compatibility mode.
