How to enlarge the font size on 12'' screen?
I just got my new Dell inspiron 700m. I found that the font size is so small on a 12'' screen compare with thinkpad T42.
After I enlarge the fond size at DPI setting by 125%. The font was enlarged while all the letters are vagued.
How can I enlarge the size without sacrificing the quality?

You can set a lower resolution or
Display properties > appearance > advanced > click on each thing and set it on higher font(you can also choose a font)

But after I adjust some size, some webpage looks a little mess. I think I should try different size to find the best size.

How about on a scroll mouse hold SHIFT and Scroll Up I think this makes fonts bigger on websites.

When you run at a non-native resolution you will lose quality, there's no way around this issue.
