Question:
Media jukebox programs
So... for some reason iTunes won't work on my system. I think my Vista just hates it or something. Anyway, since I don't have an iPod, it's not essential.
Do you guys have any suggestions for alternative media libraries? really, I just want something that will organize and play my music. I'm fiddling with WMP11 and it's ok, but it's not quite what I'm looking for.

I been messing around with MediaMonkey as an alternative to iTunes. You can use it to sync your mp3. I still use WMP cause it docks in the taskbar which is damned convenient. I've also liked Quintessential Player.

Nothing like using the default windows folder/file system.
All those media programs screw up your organized music by separating them using their ID3 tags which may or may not be complete or accurate.

I hate media tags. I always remove them. I prefer to sort by name.
