Does Middievil II: Total War work on windows vista

I want to buy Middievil II but I'm not sure if it will work on windows vista. Does anyone have windows vista and plays Middievil II total war? And does it work without any problems?:confused2:

My brother plays Medieval 2 on vista, he's been playing it since the release and no problems so far.
