How to extract DVD/VCD concerts into CD?
I have a number of live concerts in DVDs & VCDs from which I would like to extract the audio and save in a CD so that I can play them in the CD player of my car. Is that any software (freeware) out there that could do such a job?

Sorry, I do not understand. Appreciate if you could explain in layman terms as I'm not tech savvy.
I did try to looking into the files contained in one of the DVDs. There were 2 folders: Audio_TS and Video_TS. There are no files inside folder Audio_TS. Inside the Video_TS folder, I found some IFO, BUP & VOB files which I have no clue what they are.

You'll need a program that can seperate the audio from the video in the VOB files, like Adobe Premier.
DVDDecrypter will also extract the AC3 files, and you can then burn them back using your CD-burning software. Here's a guide on how to do it with Nero:
