2) What tasks will you be performing with the notebook?

3) Will you be taking the notebook with you to different places or leaving it on your desk?
I will be taking it around campus daily
4) Will you be playing games on it; if so, which games?
Just old school stuff like starcraft or something
5) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
- I will not buy a dell (unless it is sturdy build)
- I will not by an Apple
- I will not buy any flimsey/plastic laptop OR any no name laptops such as Averatec
6) How many hours of battery life do you need?
4.5-6 hours would be great
7) What is your budget?
Probably 1500 Canadian or 1300 US
8) Do you mind buying online without seeing the notebook in person?
No I do not mind
9) What country are you buying this in?
Canada....I need it by July 2006

Wait til July I would recommend. But if you don't want to, check out the ASUS Z63a.

Much will change by July. Fujitsu S or ThinkPads are worth a look.
