2) What tasks will you be performing with the notebook?
Almost internet. watch movie. play game a little bit
3) Will you be taking the notebook with you to different places or leaving it on your desk?
I want to bring a notebook much time.
4) Will you be playing games on it; if so, which games?
its able to play world of warcraft(not full option though)
5) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
sony, asus or LG.
6) How many hours of battery life do you need?

I dont mind I can buy online.

When you say you have to go back to Korea, do you mean permanently? If so, you might want to wait until you go there - you'll be able to get a pretty nice notebook (Asian technology is usually ahead of the curve when compared to US notebooks) and the notebook will be adapted to the language. If you need a notebook now, I suggest getting a MSI-1022 - not the most stylish notebook on the market, but it has a decent GPU and comes in a small 14" package. If you want a Sony, the SZ-series might make a nice choice - you'll have to custom order one to keep the price down and they aren't shipping yet, but come in a small 13.3" form factor. Unfortunately, LGs aren't available in the US - however if you want, you can get one when you go to Korea :)

I recommend the Asus W3V based on your specs - should handle WoW nicely, and has a beautiful design and excellent build quality. Check it out:

laptops are pretty cheaper here than korea
I have interest about SZ but i worry about its noisy
and some people says S55 will be better than SZ110?(i mean not a premium)And Sony's service is so bad in Korea.
how do you think about Asus' W5F(I sould wait until March though)

Import taxes/duties would probably make the LG an impratical buy.
