Compaq V5000z from HP should work. Also, don't be mean to the Celeron or
Sempron. According to benchmarks, they're pretty close to the Turion/P-M.

The Sempron is a much better budget CPU. The CPU is also only part of the performance equation. Then Lenovo N100 is worth a look.
