D620 or E1505

Question:
D620 or E1505
They have the same exact specs except for the E1505 has the X1400 and the D620 has the quadro. Whats the difference b/t these cards?
I only do light gaming(counterstrike). I will take this to class alot so I like the smaller size of the D620. However, the E1505 cant be that much bigger. In addition, the D620 has better build quality.
D620 is $100 more.
Which one?
Thanks

Go for D620.

If you are worried about build quality, the e1505 dosn't have bad build quality, the D620 just has better build quality. If you only do light gaming, as long as you get a Graphics card, you'll be okay. I don't know what the quadro is, but the X1400 is two versions from the best you an get in a notebook right now. I think the D620 is a better option, especially if it is only $100 more. It's all up to you though man.
(Remeber, alot of people complain about light leakage in the Inspiron line)

The Quadro NVM 110 is essentially a 7300 Go. It gets about 1500 or so 3Dmark05's, which is close to the X1400.

Re: D620 or E1505
By the way, the E1505 is substantially bigger and heavier than the D620. The D620 is a great compromise for portability and power in the 14" class for the pricerange, and honestly my top pick, second only to the much more expensive W3J (which does, however, have the substantially faster X1600).

Re: D620 or E1505
I was about to order the D620 due to the build quality, BUT I wasn't thrilled about:
- Dim LCD at highest brightness setting
- Mono speaker with 3 tiny slits
- No S Video input
It may be for work, but I will use it for SOME entertainment, DVD viewing and MP3 playing, etc.
So I tried configuring a E1405 for the heck of it. (same price as D620 - $ 1,268)
I get:
OS- Media Center with a REMOTE control
Twice the RAM (2 Gb)
Better LCD, ( that is if I get one without the Botton LCD leak)
Bigger Hard Drive, (although alittle slower)
DVD Burner
Longer McAfee coverage
Port Replicator
So, as much as I want a quality built Laptop like the Lattitude, I don't know how I can beat the configuation for the money??
Any thoughts?

I dont see how it could be substantially bigger. The E1505 is one inch longer and 3/4 of an inch wider. Now I have never owned a notebook but I dont see how this difference could be a huge deal breaker.
However, the D620 does look nicer and have better build quality. But the E1505 is $100 less, has a little better video card, an extra battery, and 2gb ram instead of one gb (I didnt realize these differences until after posting). So its a tough decision.
I would also consider the XPS 1210 but I need to order one in about a week or two. I doubt the 1210 would go down enough in price by then.

The Latitude absolutely smokes anything in the Inpsiron line as far as build quality goes.. If you want more ram, upgrade it yourself aftermarket for cheap through Newegg.com
It may seem like a small difference in size between a D620 and E1505, but it really is substantial. I've seen the E1505 in person and a D610, not a D620...huge difference in size. I vote D620.
just my 2 cents..

Re: D620 or E1505
Wouldn't the D820 be a more realistic comparison for the e1505?
