Have to recommend a notebook for aunty

Question:
Have to recommend a notebook for aunty
Hi, I'm not very good with notebooks as opposed to desktops. I've been reading quite a bit of negative reviews with the cheaper ones, probably because they are cheap and to save costs companies have shipped factories to China. Though I haven't been able to find that much info, as most info is skewed towards the "top" rather than "economic" notebook variety.

An Acer notebook would also be a good choice on a budget, see what is available there. They recently released a 17" budget line, a few are around $800 here in the US; not sure if they have been released to down under yet.
