Help me spend my money!

Question:
Help me spend my money!
Hi, this is my first post here. Seems like a very informative site. I am now in the market for a notebook computer and need some help. I have no idea what to get. I only have around $650 to spend maybe 700 at the most. I know thats not much but its all I have. It will only be used for my schoolwork and internet access for the most part. Maybe a little video but not gaming. I just want some of your opinions on what to get for that price. Things to look out for ect.. I really appreciate anyones input! Thanks, Tim

There is a What to Buy FAQ located at the top of this forum, filling it out would be very helpful.
Thanks :)

Ahh...
Some could be hard, but there are a few general non-notebook related ones, because right now we are in the dark, we don't know what your aim is, in terms of quality, size, etc.
