Question:
harddrive choice for z63a
I have placed my order for a Z63a with a samsung spinpoint 80gb and now I am reading all these recommandations for the WD scropios... I still have time to make a quick change if i have to but which one is better? Performance is neglectble with heat and noise as a priority (unless it is unbareably slow).
In case you are curious, I ordered:
Z63a
1.86ghz 533 bus
1 stick 1gb ram
intel wireless abg
dvd rom

You might want to look at the Seagate 7200.1. They run cool and quiet, and will offer desktop like perfromance. Are a little more pricey though.

I just built an msi whitebook with a seagate 5400.1 and I'm liking it. Very quiet and stays cool.
