Any Turion 64 X2 out there with gaming video card for cheap?
I can't seem to locate any Turion 64 X2s out there with any decent dedicated video cards.
My budget is under $1500
I don't care what size or screen resolution just able to play BF2 on it.
Would like a DVD-rw dual layer.
Battery life is unimportat.

i don't think there are any yet
you should wait for merom if you want 64bit dual
intel is just always more available, which gives you lots more options

Well that is a bummer!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I can wait for the merom. I've read a lot about it and it looks awesome but it sounds like it gets pretty hot too! Thanks syxbit.

get a core duo, and then just buy the merom to upgrade it when they drop in price
best of both worlds

Have you considered the HP DV6000... It has TURBOCASH!!! WooHoo!!!
I think turbocash is short for leach off of system ram ... but here is what they have to say.

the 7200 is not for gaming. it is very low-end. i believe that the hp dv9000 (17") is supposed to have the 7600go in it.

Hmmm, maybe Asus will update their A6K series soon, featuring a x2. Can't say for sure, but seems logical ;)
