Yes, some include Starcraft, WC3: FT, CS, but I want to be able to play Command and Conquer 3(releases in Feb) if at all possible without bumping the price too high
6) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
Any brand that is known for good quality
7) How many hours of battery life do you need?
At least 3 please
8) Do you mind buying online without seeing the notebook in person?

Standard, but I wouldn't mind widescreen that much

e. WSXGA+ - 1680x1050; Wider viewing version of SXGA, good for movie viewing or spreadsheets.

matte is hard to find these days. if glossy is okay, i would take a look at the compal hgl30. powernotebooks.com and discountlaptops.com are two great resellers for it.

Glossy is fine I just prefer matte because the reflection can get a little annoying. Thanks for the suggestion, any others?

The Compal HGL30 has great quality and is probably your best choice. You could also consider the Asus A8JM if you could find one cheap enough.

yea take a good look at the asus and compal line depending on which one you perfer more processor or graphics card they all vary...
are you the same tactics on wc3 tft that went was in first place 2s ladder with strategy ..? just wondering lol...

Nope, not me. I just started playing WC3 (Starcraft is much better!) for the single player campaign.
I'll be looking into the Compal HGL30, thanks for the advise.
