At least x1400 level gfx. Cheap. Solid.

Question:
At least x1400 level gfx. Cheap. Solid.
Hello everyone!
I am looking for a laptop with the following specs:
1) A Pentium M, Core Duo, Turion, or X2. No Celereon. At least 1.6 GHz (preferably 1.86)
2) 1Gb of Ram. This is upgradable.
3) 14-15" screen.
4) At least an x1400 or 7400 go level Gfx card. Better is great, but nothing worse (want to be able to play NWN2 at minimum settings)
5) Cheap. I spotted a dell yesterday with these specs for 760$. Not willing to spend much more than that.
6) I am willing to lurk on e-bay to get used parts for a whitebook, but from what I can tell, even with this, an S96J is out of my range.
Thanks all,
DHP

I wouldn't worry too much about the processor's clockspeed, especially if you get a Core Duo. The Dell Inspiron E1505 seems like a reasonable choice, it is as low-priced as you can get. However, you'll probably have to spend more if you want a dedicated card. I would suggest looking at the Dell Outlet for a good deal.
