cyberpower is just a rebadged asus s96j. i wouldn't recommend buying from cyberpower though b/c they really don't have the best reseller ratings. better places to buy would be powernotebooks.com, geared2play.com, or gentechpc.com for a good reputable reseller.

I unfortunately have dealt with cyberpower before. I refuse to make that mistake again. They lied to me during several different things. Not to mention their tech support is horrible to deal with. I had a situation where the guy refused to accept that my soundcard was bad, and so I called back and had to wait another 2-3 hours, and finally got the situation straightened out. They did however, never refund my money. Even though this was $30, I consider this to be a general theme for their service. I also upgraded for them to add more case fans in my computer (this was a desktop) and instead of their telling me they wouldn't fit, they simply didn't put any additional fans in. This cost me $10. Even though all of this is bad... the waiting period you will have for your laptop will be the devil compared. I simply refuse to even consider their service ever... ever again. I recommended them to a few friends (regretfully) back before I started noticing all of the issues. Please save yourself the time and money and just get it somewhere else.
The x1400 isn't going to be very powerful for gaming... I personally would try to get the S96J from a more reputable reseller since it has the X1600, even if you have to downgrade a few options... it absolutely will be worth it in the end. That price tag on the cyberpower's S96J isn't really the final price tag as you will pay much more.
