"home office" vs. "business" builds - any difference?

Question:
"home office" vs. "business" builds - any difference?
I came on earlier today asking for recommendations, and have followed up on all of them. Thank you so much to those who responded!
But here's my new question: In at least one case, two recommended machines were a "business" and a "home office" configuration, which seemed to me to be configurable the same, but with a price difference.
Is either build more sturdy than the other? What's the difference, other than the types of financing offered (along with free shipping, in some cases)?
Thanks.

Business notebooks are more durable regarding the construction of the case, may have a spill proof keyboard (check the specs), have fingerprint or security integration, some type of active or passive hard drive protection from drops, dual pointing device or pointing stick, and typically 3 year warranties.
CONS:
They may only come with one speaker, usually not glossy, no firewire, standard perspective over widescreen for the most part, and limited multimedia capabilities, in general.
