Question:
Did I make the right or wrong choice (m1210)?
I am going to college and my mom got me the dell xps m1210 with a discount... but now i am having second thoughts... i started to like the hp dv2000t... Should I cancel my order before its too late and get the hp or should i just go with the dell that is coming?
Also I just have a few other questions... Between dell and hp, which has a better build (which will last me the longest)? Should I wait for the dell to come and if i dont like it return it (since there is a 21 day return)?

You know what I would've done, get the lowest, most basic configuration for the m1210, something like the 1,299 one at costco--then, upgrade it with Merom, 2GB of RAM, 7K100(?) 7200 RPM 100 GB drive.
But... your concern isn't price, it's another notebook.
I had the same dilemna, I had to decide between the M1210, the SZ-250, and the X60s.
In the end, I stuck with the SZ-250. I was regretting my purchase all the way till day 30 of my return policy and beyond. But, now, I'm happy.
Just give it some time.
