3 Choices (Help me choose)
Ok I just sold my desktop because I dont game anymore and now in the market for a notebook. These are my choices:
1: HP Pavillion DV2020
2: HP Pavilion DV5230CA
3: Asus F3F-AP007H
The main important features I am looking for are a duo core cpu, 100+GB HD(5400rpm+), DVD burner and good memory and obviously wireless capability. Can they be upgraded in the future or are they proprietory? I really wanted to build my own laptop but its just not in my budget right now. I will be using it primarily for browsing, burning/converting DVD's. Thanks for all the opinions!

I really like the dv2000t. Might want to consider the V3000 if you like darker notebooks. Its over a pound lighter if you need to take it with you.

You can upgrade the HDD and RAM rather easily. Get the CPU you want when you buy the notebook, I believe ugrading that yourself voids the warranty.
I'd also recommend the dv2000, take a trip to a retail store and see it in person if you can. Great keyboard & screen.

yea the dv2000 looks nice but I dont think they carry it where I am..Only major retailers are best buy and futureshop..So the Hard drive can be upgraded easily in Hp's?

Yes you just pop a panel off the bottom and replace the hard hard drive. Make sure you burn off the recovery discs first.
