Take a look at Zepto.com.
They have some great systems for gaming at great prices. They will go a little over your budget though, but would definitely be worth it if you can swing the extra expense.
I'm thinking the Znote 2425W (Compal HEL80) and 6615WD in particular for 15.4" gamers. Their 14.1" offerings are great too--particularly the 6214W.
