It has one of the more powerful cards on the market. It will play oblivion fine, not with everything maxed out, but it will be more thn enjoyable. Its a great computer for a great price otherwise.

That is the exact configuartion I am currently using. I have played Oblivion, not in depth yet, but from my experience, the x1600 will hold up. It's a good alternative to play games compared to spending thousands more for cards like the 7900GTX.
