The Dell XPS 1210 might meet your requirements. Its a 12 inch model, and can be configured to your needs, and is lightweight.

The sony sz 13.3" might fit your needs as long as you dont mind the les than average keyboard. But since they are usually over priced, I second the M1210.

The Fujitsu S7110 is worth considering for a standard 14" but will be a bit expensive.

Perhaps the Sager NP6260 is worth a look. It's a nifty little 12" system.
I also like the Fujitsu S7110 recommendation.

you may also want to check out the portableone ux (portableone.com). it's slightly over $1500 though. the dell d420 is another one to look at.
