Question:
Difference btw these barebones systems?
So i previously posted an "advice" form thing fromt he faq and got some awesome responses. Much appreciated.
I've come to the conclusion that milestonepc.com is likely the best place for me to get a new laptop- i'm in canada
There is a post up right now asking which is better btw the Compal HEL80 and the Asus S96J, but i am unsure as to the difference between the two systems considering milestonepc offers the barebone model of each at the exact same price.
Links for those who want a better look:
Compal -- http://www.milestonepc.com/canada/pr...oducts_id=1311
Asus--

So, is there any difference btw these two or is it just a 'which ever company you prefer' type of a deal?

Re: Difference btw these barebones systems?
compal hel80 has an instant on feature for not having to boot up to watch movies and listen to cds. it also has bluetooth and a fingerprint reader. however, its gpu is slightly worse than the x1600.
