Dell E1405 or E1505
Which one is the better choice because the both have the same price...
I don't want to spend over $800 so if i get the dell E1505 i would probably get the GMA 950.

yea, if u are getting it under $800, then u might wanna use the GMA. or u could configure it a little bit, then use some coupons

assuming both are using integrated (well, you don't have a choice with the E1405).. i'd take the smaller form factor.

depends what games you intend to play.. the x1300 is slightly better than last year's x600. Dunno how much battery life is affected by the inclusion of the x1300 card though, but I'm pretty sure it will be lowered.. just not sure by how much.

the games I mostly play on my computer are strategy games... ie command and conquer, battlefield, etc...

depends.. which battlefield are you playing?
BF1942 will run on the GMA950 decently.. I can get it running on the ol Intel Extreme 2. Battlefield 2 would probably require something dedicated.
Also you have to ask yourself.. will you be doing gaming on the laptop? or do you have a desktop for that?
For many, they would rather game on a desktop due to vid cards being upgradeable, and a better and more responsive screen (laptop lcds rarely go below 25MS)

no you can't. no cannot upgrade graphics cards in laptops period. They are not desktops. The few exceptions are those large desktop replacements.. but even there are alot of limitations.
