barebone and video card
i have two questions:
what is a barebone? (is it just a screen and a shell or will a company put it together for you?)
if a video card is 128mb but only 32mb are dedicated and the rest is from the ram will this save battery power when doing non-graphic intensive things?

as for the video memory, some come with dedicated memory and can add "hypermemory" or "turbocache" memory... which is marketing BS for shared memory from your total RAM. battery power is mainly conserved if you have an integrated videocard that uses shared memory.
